At any rate, it is demonstrably false that any U.S. tobacco company is promoting electronic cigarettes as being safe.

So I took a chance and used it on my personal vaporizer. I checked my resting heartbeat at the beginning of the hour and checked it again after an hour of vaping the caffeine infused E-Juice.
