How is it that anti-smoking advocates and health groups, including the state's physicians, could possibly oppose a simple ban on the sale of e-cigarettes to minors?

The most telling point is that blu does not offer its disposable products in flavors other than tobacco (classic) or menthol. Note that the disposable products are the ones that are relevant to children because they are the cheapest and most likely to be used by kids. Sadly, this attack on electronic cigarettes is doing a huge favor to Big Tobacco because it is going to deter smokers who would otherwise have quit or cut down using e-cigarettes from doing so and it may well cause many ex-smokers who quit via electronic cigarettes to return to cigarette smoking.
